Michael Chaney

Michael Lee “Pops”, Chaney, 75, of Mount Airy, Maryland, passed from this life on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 at Carroll Hospice surrounded by his loving family. Michael was the beloved husband of Belinda Ann Chaney (nee Buckley).
Born on May 21, 1942, in Baltimore, Maryland, he was the son of the late Wilson Lee and Thelma Chaney (nee Healy).
Michael was a dedicated member of the Milford Mills High School Reunion Committee since 1960 and was an active member of the Maryland Camaro Club.
Devoted father to daughters Lisa M. Chaney, Jennifer L. Walker (nee Chaney) and husband Kip, Ryane L. Chaney and his son Clinton M. Chaney. Dear brother of Jeffery B. Chaney. Loving grandfather to Bailey Walker, Hannah Walker, Sydney Quinn Chaney-Lieberher.
Preceded in death by his sister Linda Brown (Chaney).
The family will receive friends and family from 11 AM-2 PM on Monday, February 19th, at Burrier Queen Funeral Home, 1212 W Old Liberty Rd, Sykesville, MD 21784.
